What we focus on

Software architecture in the public sector
The ‘Federal Portal’ is a central point of contact that brings together information on administrative services provided by the federal government, states and municipalities. It also offers the option of completing administrative procedures online. It is being implemented within the framework of the Online Access Act (OZG), based on the EU regulation on the Single Digital Gateway (SDG).
To this end, we have designed, developed and provided the service catalogue, which includes the import of services from a provision service and the display of services via the portal search for citizens.

We are supporting the ‘Platform Infrastructure for AI and Data Science’ project. A state-owned public sector company is developing a platform to provide services to several ministries. The platform has been designed and optimised for operating AI-supported and data science applications.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in the public sector
As part of the “Modernisation and Harmonisation of IT Architecture” project run by a German security agency, an outdated and fragmented IT landscape comprising many in-house developments, different file formats and isolated data silos is being replaced. The aim is to integrate and coordinate the IT systems of all 20 participating security units at federal and state level, ensuring high availability and the strictest security standards.
We are providing CI/CD pipelines, Helm umbrella charts and Ansible playbooks for the individual applications.

AI in human resources management
As part of the “AI-supported analysis application” project, an AI agent based on the RAG methodology is being designed and implemented for the personnel management of an IT service provider. The agent analyses the skills in incoming CVs and evaluates them by assigning a professional level (junior, senior or professional) and a technical classification (developer, consultant, etc.). The system also checks whether the applicant is already known.
We are developing a comprehensive MLOps environment comprising a self-managed language model (private LLM) and CI/CD pipelines on hardware optimised for AI applications.
